Qivo Inquiry Alerts (SMS program)

Program description: Qivo operates websites and phone lines for small businesses. When a customer of that business calls, texts or submits a website form, the business owner who opted in receives one text alert with the inquiry (customer number, a short summary, and a voicemail link when one was left). Alerts are sent from the business's local Qivo-managed phone numbers. Only opted-in business owners receive alerts; Qivo does not text consumers and does not send marketing.

Opt-in: by checking the SMS consent box on the sign-up form at qivo.llc/alerts.

Message frequency: varies, about one text per inquiry.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
