This Privacy Policy explains how KuriosBrand LLC, doing business as Qivo ("Qivo," "we," "us"), collects and uses information, including for the Qivo Inquiry Alerts text message program.

Information we collect

From our business clients: name, business name, mobile number, email address, and the date, time and IP address of any consent they give. From people who contact our clients' businesses: the phone number, message, form details and call recording they choose to send, which we pass only to that business.

How we use it

To run our clients' websites and phone lines, to deliver each inquiry to the business it was meant for, and to send opted-in business owners Qivo Inquiry Alerts. We do not use this information for marketing.

SMS and mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our SMS provider and wireless carriers as needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

Qivo Inquiry Alerts: message frequency varies (about one text per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention and security

We keep information in access-controlled systems for as long as we provide service to the business, and consent records as long as the law requires.
